Whether you call it disconnected learning or m-learning, the meaning is clear: Learners want their content to be as mobile as they are. The power of PDAs is increasing to the extent that this desire can now be made a reality. In fact, some forward-thinking vendors are now leveraging the power of mobile computing platforms to make learning accessible to people in-flight, en-route and even in the office. This evaluation will examine how well these early players are doing and identify major strengths and weaknesses.
